dps wise drk = hero for all intents and purposes, if drk gets this buff then hero becomes useless... the difficulty with zerking perfectly and manual potting evens out the slight usefulness that hb brings. no need to make drk more useful. if anything buff pally straight up by giving them utility (power crash is a good start, but needs big cdr buff) & make meso explosion scale with your range so a naked shad equipping a fruit knife doesnt equal 100b fund shad.
Drk will become way too op with this buff 20% is a big bonus that is stronger than SI/TL and is even stronger than SE for most classes. This will make Drk a mandatory class and you'd start to see drk mules everywhere, it will also make the other melee classes useless and ruin the balance. Not to mention the effect of a damage buff on normal training/leeching, you could have mages at lvl 140 with a spearman mule 1 hitting petri and skele with average gear due to how strong a 20% buff is
Well, before you post this topic, you should ask yourself how do you balance other jobs after implement your ideas, how do you deal with massive iron will mules, the community won't like it for sure. Your ideas just based on your personal interests and laziness, you want to get a decent DK with good gears and washed, please work hard like other players. Sorry for the harsh, you just don't think wisely .
Hi bro First of all, i dont play a DK. My main is a Washed Sair. Like i said. I hate HP washing, which makes us cant enjoy full game. No more HP Washing needed is the thing i want to give some ideas to solve. By Buffing Dk that way,we can make them more popular -> More Boss Run with HB. -> Unwashed player can easily join a Boss Run rite? I just gave a example to make clear my point: Buffing Iron Will or HB.( Sorry i dint think much about mules problem . And another method i did say is buffing ‘ Aura of Beholder,... (Not IronWill or HB) Yess, alot of problem about my ideas like 13x 14x mages can one hit Petri with DK mule, DK mule everywhere, ... They are really things. And i didnot think much bout that Sorry. Hex of the Beholder is currently a pretty mediocre skill. I haven't liked your suggestions of buffing 2nd job skills with damage (which doesn't belong to them at all) but having Hex give a ~15 ATT buff to a random player in the party would be interesting, instead of giving it to the DK. (In this case, the buff should go on top of attack pots) This would also encourage parties to avoid mules since the buff would go wasted if a mule received it. I don't think this solves the original question of HP Washing however. It's a tough one...
You could leave the pt and then let DK mule and target buff in a pt, that's 100% sure your recieve-buff target get the buff
True. But it would be a bit bothersome to change party every 50th second or so. Well this thread is mostly brainstorming (because it's fun) so maybe even more randomness could be added. Like, every 5~15th second (instead of current 10) Beholder gives a random buff (instead of the current cycle of 5) to a random party member. This would make MuleStory unplayable I think. EDIT: If the buff still lasts for 80 seconds like it currently does I guess people could find a way to MuleStory it after all, who knows...? Did I just throw my own idea in the bin? Well I guess so

As an alternative, buff Iron Will's defense/magic defense buff and make it stack with other defense/magic defense boosting abilities, heck make all of these abilities stack with each other and change something so that defense/magic defense bonuses aren't useless.
Make drk so op that no one does bosses without it, in order for you to skip hp washing, making your own hb mule or finding drks for bossruns?
hero would be useless if drk gets this buff, the current balance is perfect. hero & drk are equally useful and ppl bring one or the other to bosses. the difficulty in maintaining below 15k hp as opposed to mindlessly brandishing is offset by the slight utility that drk brings as well as easier hp washing and not having to worry about secondary stat
Ez. Ban multi clienting. Rework ht damage to stop hp washing all job is wanted. No hs mule si mule hb mule whatever mules there are on royal. But everyone will disagree bcuz they have already wash their hp to godly hp stats like 30k hp NL. Tbh, i dont see the need to rework hp washing. Just by watching youtube vids, old school maple ht with 30people with a drk and bs in each pt. There are many differences between old school maple and royal. Firstly, it is way easier to hp wash in royal as compared to washing in actual oldschool maple which involves spending NX aka rl money. You can get 10k hp just by voting for apr. Also in terms of power level, royal is way more powerful than oldschool maple. One party team vs 6pt team.
