Closed can't log in

Problem: i can't log in those charactors
Details: last time i enter the market,then game crashed, after that , every time i trying enter those chars , the game crashing
i did all the steps . redownload cleaned the files
plz help me i love this server so much

Can't login either, getting disconected from server along with the usual message

 

So this happens to OGKushhh and OGKush only and doesn’t affect other characters?
