Closed Unable to connect to the game server

    Problem: Unable to connect to the game server
    Details: I logged in, chose my character, entered my PIN and the game kicked me out with the screen like below, same problem when i tried to go to Cash Shop

    Have u tried redownloading and reinstalling the latest patch

    How can you enter the cash shop if you're crashing after the PIN prompt window? (unless we're talking about more than one character... please clarify.)
