Employees who are in their dream job allow that floor to stock twice the amount of a product. Therefore it is better to have a low stat dream job employee rather than a high stat employee. Using the Elevator: If you take a visitor up to a fully stocked floor there is a chance (Approx 25%) that you will get 1 free Chip. If you take a visitor up to a full stocked casino floor you will always be rewarded with 1 free Chip If you take a visitor up to a non-stocked floor or hotel floor it will reduce the waiting time by 1 minute. Missions: Missions which involve playing a casino reward you with 3 Chips. Missions which involve checking in guests reward you with 3 Chips. When doing a mission which involves checking in guests, ensure that your hotel floors are fully booked, as bringing a guest from a mission to a fully booked floor will automatically checkout a current guest giving you a nice bunch of coins. Missions which involve finding items or bitizens hidden in your tower reward you with 1 Chip. (This increases to 2 Chips once you have a total of 19 floors, likely increases more later on too). Occasionally you are given some Bux, Coins or a Chip for free instead of being given a mission. Upgrades: As you gain more floors it is essential that you upgrade the elevator motor. This will help you gain more coins/bux per minute when playing the game. Upgrading floors which sell products will increase the length of time until they need to be restocked. It is advisable to upgrade these if you want large coin rewards when you leave the game running for a few hours. Upgrading hotel floors is extremely good for gaining a lot of coins. Especially if you do missions which involve checking in guests. If you want to be able to get great payouts of coins this is the way to go. Other: If you play for consecutive days you will be rewarded with a fireworks display which gives you free Bux and Chips. The more days you play in a row, the bigger the reward. Make sure that your lobby has at least 1 free slot at all times, if there are no slots you will not get new employees and will be missing out on VIP's.

I've been playing a lot for a few days and I think I'm addicted. Even though you just do the same thing over and over it's fun somehow (kind of like maple I guess). But what... You started today and have a level 6 hotel floor already? That's pretty impressive... or you bought bux.
I'm very lucky with 777 slots! The only thing I dont get is the "stats" every employee has. Most of mine have a 9 for the place they work at... But what does it do? What's the difference between 8 and 9? And what does it do when its the employee's dream job? Btw... I don't spend money on phone games. So no I didn't buy bux. o:
Here's some of what I've learnt so far... Each stat point that an employee has for that certain type of job reduces the cost of restocking by 1%, so if you have 3x 9 stat employees it will be -27% for restocking that floor. The goal is to get people their dream jobs, it will show ??? if you don't yet have the floor yet. You get a silver star next to the floor where the elevator is if you have somebody with their dream job on that floor, and a gold star if they also have 9 stats and dream job on that floor. If you get somebody their dream job, it allows you to stock 2x as much of a certain item on that floor. So it is better to have low stat dream job employee rather than a 9 stat employee because it will allow the product to be stocked for longer meaning you need to restock is less often. If you are playing for extended periods of time, I would ensure that you sort out the list of job applicants as soon as they come in. So if you get a job applicant that has bad stats which you will not use, remove him from the waiting list. This is because you could be missing out on VIP characters that have special abilities like -3hr built time, fully book floor, and 'checkout all guests from a floor. The poker casino floors give the best payouts than the others but require a bit of strategy. So when you get a poker floor I would play that one all the time. There have been many times when I've felt lucky and bet like 5+ chips and got a payout of 1000+ bux. If you take a visitor up to a fully stocked floor there is a chance of getting 1 chip. If you take a visitor up to a fully stocked casino floor you are guaranteed to get 1 chip. If you take a visitor up to a non stocked floor it reduces the time that it will take for the floor to get stocked by 1 minute.
OKAY SO I STARTED PLAYING OFC (always into a new silly phone game >.<) But how do you know what their dreamjob is? o.o EDIT: Also is there anything to spend chips on other than slots?
What's your friend code, aly? And you should join the #MAPLEROYALS player group. You can see their dream job under their name and stats. If none is specified (mostly the case), it just says ????? in one of the four job colors. If one is specified, it says in what store/on what floor they want to work. Put them there! It's worth it, even if they have a 0 on that job! And chips are for all gambling games. You can either choose to gamble in your own tower, or go to a friend's tower. I'm only aware of three games so far (there's probably more), which are slots, poker and blackjack (21). As Matt said earlier, poker is most profitable, but requires some strategy. Blackjack is a pretty solid method of getting bux, but not the best. If you get lucky with slots, then it's definitely good (I was very lucky with it at first and got one or two 500+ bux pay-outs). If you add me or Matt, you can go visit our towers.

I can't use the letter I when adding friends D: Are you sure that friend code is right? (I also tried 1CFNP too). 1CFNP worked! Edit: Also ninja'd lol. And yeah there are loads of floors you can get, I think there is over 100, so getting a dream job takes a while, especially at the beginning.

Yeah buy floors whenever you can! I spent bux on floors probably 3 or 4 times then it got too expensive to buy with bux so have been using coins since then. Also you guys are definitely in the #MAPLEROYALS club? Because I don't see you guys in the list. I'm guessing maybe it takes time to update: Spoiler

The difference is tho, for us it says Update Pending. What exactly is the benefit of a player group? If so, what's these bux under Matt's name exactly? :O (Now 890 bux IIRC) Both me and Aly have 0 bux there so we probably aren't to be seen on the list.
Okay I guess we need to wait for it to update, or maybe you need to get some club points (the bux on that page) for the Player Club event (They change every 3 days I think). If you look at the Player Club page yo will see it says Panda 21 at the top. That is the current Player Club event. To get club points you need to play Panda 21. If we get into the top 100 clubs by the time the event finishes we will get 10 chips and a special roof, if we get in the top 10 clubs we get 25 chips and a special roof, number 1 club gets 50 chips and a special roof (impossible lol). I think we could get into the top 100 though. Problem is none of us currently have the Panda 21 floor. I've temporarily added a random guy friend code: 28ZJ so that I can play on his Panda 21 floor.
I gave up on the original Tiny Tower after realizing how it was tedious and repetitive, there wasn't much to do besides restock and make things look pretty. Seeing how they changed it up a bit in the Vegas app, I'll definitely play it for a bit. Joined the group. Friend code: 1CN6T
