Not Bug Elliza (boss) no where to be found

I was doing a quest (Goddess' pet) and to complete it i need to kill Elliza, but the boss is no where to be found!! I tried changing channels and everything but still couldn't find it.

 

Sorry to say, but probably it has been hunted down on all channels for NX cards and items. It's definitely out there and not bugged, just come and check that map during different hours of the day if possible

 

Yep, did this quest last week, had to go there a few times because ppl hunt it down for nx.
