3. DETAILS: I don't have a recording, however Svirs, ColdSake and Herio also witnessed it being looted, Durags refused to admit he had it and refused to give back/refund

*Durags was an ACA book buyer, not a attacker

 

Anyone can make 2 accounts, but it's not allowed. If you ever feel suspicious that someone is operating under 2 accounts in the future, just report one of them with the forum name of the other in the report and staff can investigate/take action as needed (like wise with anything else you feel should be brought to staffs attention!)

IGN: HealFrands
Reason for blacklisting: leech scam

Details:

Bought 1h leech from HealFrands at Ghost Ship 2. After 30 minutes he said he gtg and left party. I tracked him to ch1 fm where he had a billboard up saying he's S> leech, unfortunately there’s no SS because as soon as he saw me, he quickly left the fm. When I whispered him asking why he left, he replied to me that he'll leech the remaining 30 mins.








However he proceed to grind ulu1 alone and ignores me. When I ask him why he's trying to sell another leech when he has one unfinished, he continues to ignores me and grind on his own.









(Only replies me after several of my attempts for prompt him to reply.)




(When he reached GS2, he asked if I would want to pay for more hours in his bad english, for which I replied that I only wants him to finish off the remaining time.)






(Thinking he would actually go and deliver the remaining leech, but no.. look at my exp)





(He then proceed to AFK for 30mins in the map and then logs off

Please avoid buying leech from HealFrands in the future.

 

I think you can copy paste this into a report. It feels like the evidence is clear enough.

 

Reporting HealFrands for leech scam aswell.

He sold me split leech and the other guy from SS#4 he sold solo leech. Then he logged off and never came back.

Reason for blacklisting: Fake Bidding
Details:

He was selling this tma 29 maple shield. I offered him 3 ws and he told me this shield wasnt for me. Then when after a few mins he megaed the shield again saying the c/o was 1.8b and when i used another character to pm him who c/o that shield and he cant even tell me who was the person that offered the shield.

 

this guy walked off with 1hr of unpaid petri leech, i tracked him for the next 2 days before he finally gave me my money. keep pestering him and smega his name as scammer and in theory he should pay u back for unfinished leech.

 

Lol surprisingly HealFrands did my leech full hour..., but he was awful.
So bad, no tc, no hs for long periods... yeah get this guy outta here.

Reason for blacklisting: Scamming 165m for "2hr" leech and leaves 15min in.

Details (include picture if applicable): Told him I was tired pretty much and I guess he figured "i'll bounce when he falls asleep."
The worst part is I used 2 vip rocks and even covered the tax on the 160m, then waited over 45min for him to return, and he didn't.

Don't think just one picture is enough evidence. Should at least have 3 more occuring every 15 minutes with servertime command to indicate how long he has gone.

 

I don't see why this would be community blacklist worthy. I've had a few times where someone would ask me the same question and I wouldn't give them the name because I don't want them to take my buyer. Assuming he is fake bidding, what exactly would be the problem here? The buyer is getting the item they want within the a budget the can afford, nobody is forcing them to bid.

Maybe I have an unpopular opinion, but if someone does this to me, I just don't buy the item. If it turns out to be a fake bid they normally come back anyway lol.

Reason for blacklisting: Goblin Forest 2(Sage Cat)
Details: I shouted to buy sage cat solo leech & he offered me 80m for solo and asked him that can he reduce the price to 75m/1hr since i am buying solo leech. He accepted and leech me like 2-3 minutes and he claimed he dced. About 20 minutes later he dced again until now which is already more than 30 minutes i waited for him.

 

IGN: Loquilloxx (Level 145 Bishop)
Reason for blacklisting: Scamming WS leech.

IGN: Celtics/CelticsFP
Reason for Blacklisting: Leech scam at Petris
Details: I was trying to sell my AP resets using an smega. Got some replies, being one of them from Celtics. He asked if I needed leech, he could leech my 121 NL at petris for 9 AP reset/hour solo. I doubted at first and asked if he could do 4 AP resets + 10m/hour split, and he told me to find a partner. I was sort of busy so I just asked for solo. He told me his characters (CelticsFP and CeiticsFP) were ready at Petris.
I VIPed to him, tried to pay for 1 hour (9 AP resets), he asked me how many hours I wanted to be leeched, I told him probably 2 hours. We "Traded" the first 9 AP resets but I think he had his inventory full. Then he told me to drop 18 AP resets because he had issues with his inventory.
He asked me if I would be AFK, which I replied that I would be alt tabbed
Then I gave him 18 AP resets and he started to leech me, I alt tabbed. I came back to check just 5 minutes after and he was gone
His other character on which he first whispered me (Celtics) was online and I whispered whether he was coming back to leech me or not, he did not reply

^ Lol that dude is notorious for scamming and then playing the victim when called out. Didn’t @Kai tell him if his behavior continues a ban may be coming? I recall this discussion in the shout box a while back after he repeatedly stole apples from people in APQ

Reason: Selling leech and then pretending that he has internet issues and when he came back online he tried to sell more leech.

This is my 18minute long evidence "uneditted-video" of me trying to reach out to him, used 2 smegas but he never answered and alot people pmed me that they got scammed by him aswell.

and when i confronted him in the "GM JAIL" with luna he played the victim like he did nothing wrong and also told me if i were to post it on the community blacklist i was not getting my apr's back
