Not Bug Bug Quest?

    Quest Name: Caron's Experiment, Lv70, Magatia.

    You need to get Lightless Magiv Device from Humuns and then drop the device on Pentagram.

    i hunted em like 40 mins and nothing drops som1 complete this or the quest bug?

    It's not bugged, you are very likely just doing it wrong.
    So if you follow what it tells you in the quest tab and go to the closed-off lab you will find it.

    I can’t locate the closed-off lab and it isnt even on bbb hiddenstreet from what I’ve seen.
