Problem: error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)
Details: looks like my issue may be with a duplicate item. I can`t log on my accounts,

 

Please further explain what you are doing when you receive this error message.

 

It goes like this

1. Run the game
2. Login to game
3. Select a server and join server
4. Game crashes with “error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)”

Game is updated with newest version. So I’m amusing it might be a Character Issues

 

Please stay logged out of the account and I will be looking into it.

It's impossible that you got that far on the account with the character name you provided, you have not given accurate information.

If I have to guess, you gave out your account username and not character name, and on a public forum that's not something you should do.

 

I'm sorry, I think I was confused, how about "Ramlethal"? I hope this time it's the right one. because i'm having a hard time to remember my character name, it feels like almost 6 month ago

I am not seeing any problems that would be explained by a problem server sided.
It very much seem like you are using outdated files, I would suggest you delete your MapleRoyals folder and reinstall: https://royals.ms/?page=download
