Last thing you did: in Showa town there was an NPC I forgot the name of me and a few friends found a way to get brown work gloves very easily with little to no effort we abused this and we got extremely rich we did not think it was a PERMA BANNABLE offense It says glitch abuse is a 14 day warning (never once got any indication or warning) then 2nd is permaban which is what I got without any say. :/.. Looking back on it though I see what the problem was when I found out the bug I never reported it and took it on myself to use it as a easy way to get rich. This was about a year ago I deserve to be banned but I never thought that I would never be able to play my favorite game again I have played MapleStory since the original game. And the original now is just god-awful right before I got banned I actually dropped all my stuff in FM Using Smegas I left myself with nothing Because a lot of my friends quit and I had to start working so I just did not have time for this game.

Why you think you got banned: I absolutely understand the reason I am banned and it is 100% all my responsibility however I never thought that I would be permanently banned where I could never make another account I just don't think that is fair for a first offense I assume I have been banned from my IP and also Hardware while I really respect the fact that you want to keep it very clean Community I just hope you guys realize not everyone is perfect people make mistakes and for those people to see the mistakes they made I think they deserve a second chance that's how you grow a strong community My Punishment doesn't seem just. I have actually not done a ban appeal when it happened because I know I deserved the ban here it is a year later and I'm asking if I'm allowed to have a second chance to play with my old friends again on a new account. If my account can be thoroughly looked at I really appreciate the effort and I'll accept whatever punishment but it was really fun playing here if I'm still permanently banned forever I still have to say you guys made a really great server I really miss the old Maple and you guys are the only people that did it correctly so regardless no hard feelings and thanks for the fun.

 

I see where this is going , It's a shame to because I spent countless hours and recommended so many people here. Thread says people who glitch abuse get a 1st offense 14 day ban instead I got permanently banned and hardware+IP banned talk about harsh

Simply put just please give me the Verdict so I can move on my rl boyfriend still plays here and we played when I got off work I'm sad.

I can honestly tell you everything I'm not lying to get out anything I wanna be honest and have a chance which seems almost nobody gets but if I get denied I'll be fine with it as long as I get a fair explanation why..

Because it was a permanent ban originally and a major glitch abuse. Since you both belong to the same group that abused it, a consistent response would be most appropriate.

 

You guys give no body at all chances at all. You lost so many people because your staff gives 0 fucks about people once they make a mistake you treat them like absolute garbage this isn't me being upset about my ban
I knew you guys would never unban me I made a bet with my friend the staff here cant even enforce their own rules.

If that's not the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in a private server community in all games what an actual joke.

Glitch Abuse - The act of exploiting any errors in game design or any features or bugs, documented or otherwise, that are not meant to be available in order to gain any sort of competitive advantage. Punishment:
First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense- Permanent ban.

I got no warning, there is nothing in the rules that state if its" major glitch" abuse your automatically perma banned not just account but IP AND HARDWARE
You guys can't even keep your word IF YOU WANNA ENFORCE YOUR RULES HOW ABOUT YOU ABIDE BY THEM OR AT THE VERY LEAST UPDATE YOUR GAME TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

Like Luna already said, we reviewed the evidence against you, had a long discussion about the matter and decided that you will remain permanently banned. According to our chat logs, you had the intention to abuse that major glitch as much as you can. And to your point about getting the same reply as another person, both of you were banned under the same circumstance and were part of the same discussion.
