Do u get banned for doing the showa exchange quest?

On hidden street it says the quest is repeatable as many times as you want.

So if I do this quest more than once, it's considered glitch abuse? I'm kinda confused

 

What gave you the idea that this is considered a glitch abuse?

 

I saw a ban appeal thread and i asked my guildmates

 

completely separate issues, they were abusing a glitch related to this quest last time. It has since been patched and this quest is meant to be repeatable and is not a glitch.
