Hb does not give a party-wide damage boost of 20%. How did you come to this conclusion?

Drk is able to berserk 1st and 2nd form of toad with the use of cheese and ice cream pops. Top it will hit me is about 13k so you have 1999 serking space. Atleast, thats how I do it. Bodyguard you cannot berserk BGA nor grandpa boss but can berserk on BGB.

 

This is a reference to a thread that was active at the time. It's just a joke which some would have understood at the time, but now it just looks weird. I can change it to remove any source of confusion.

Yet I've done it.
Don't say we can't do things. It's the same with Anego (Female Boss) - she hits 18K and people say it's impossible for DK. But she'll make a sound before that slap, giving you time to heal before taking the damage. It's the same technique at BGA. But in my experience it was actually easier. Possibly because I was in a party with 2 or 3 NLs, giving the BG no space to attack. I have not tried BGA solo yet.

Berserking at Anego or BGA is too risky for Drk imo knowing that anego can 1 hit you with the slap or BGA will attack you occassionally. If you can show me how you do it on both of these bosses, I would be impressed.

 

If there's enough pinning even a 20 beginner can just stand an inch from him and be safe, but that's not always practical since there's still repinning bugs and Drk's can't always tank bga's touch damage which is more common than him kicking.

 

From experience even if it's pinned, sometimes there are still room for mistakes which let the boss attack you either physically or with magic. Also, I believe it is hard to time the animation for anego because it slaps so frequently and for BGA, its hard to see any animation due to the stacks of damage from party memebers. However I haven't tried using sounds.

 

I agree since you don't have full control over bga's pin and repin bug can happen at any moment. You can fight Anego on a higher elevation and jump attack to avoid any damage if you want.
