My character is unable to join apq, it says that I have to marry again even though I have the 2 carat lovebird wedding ring.

Unfortunately having the 2 carat lovebird wedding ring does not necessarily mean you are married. You would have to go through the process of finding a spouse and then buying a wedding ticket and get married that way.

When you click your profile, the heart at the top left, is it pink or grey?

 

My character has a spouse.

 

When you click your profile in game, the one with your picture, is the heart at the top left pink or grey?

 

It is grey.

 

Then you are not married. Once you get married and that heart turns pink, then you can APQ.

 

You'll just need to follow the guide from above to get married ^-^

 

In this server, the 2 carat lovebird ring has nothing to do with weddings. That item comes from Valentine event.

 

This is to let you know waiting the entire 5 minutes in cake room before exiting is a requirement to be considered officially married (with hearts filled).
