I just got to lv 75 on my priest. Jooon's guide says: wolf spider, ulu1/ulu2, skele, petri, ToT, Himes is best for grinding 75-120. But, I can't really kill wolf spiders effectively at all, since I don't have max shining ray. So far to level i've been doing Pirate party quest. I'm wondering if there is any alternative that doesn't involve paying for leech (since I don't really want to, nor do i have, mesos to spend on it).
I have not played a Priest personally, but I believe Priest are best in party play. Find someone that is about equal level with you (70~80) and a place that is suitable based on the other member's strength. The other party member(s) will be the main attacker, and you will support, mainly with casting Holy Symbol, but also grouping mobs, healing and so on.
There really isn't much option for priest grinding apart from himes. If you cant do himes then you would have to stick to MP3 for longer. You could also do OPQ up to level 80 so there's that option too. I do advise saving up some mesos and buying leech from LV 85 to 90ish at ulu as you can gain some really good exp for mesos spent. At least 3 levels for 35m if not more. Also, there might be people who are willing give free leech for HS so you may try that as well.
What about Elderwraiths? I did this together with a Priest and I believe the EXP was good for both of us. (Me Marauder around Lv80, he Priest around ~85 at the time I believe)
Thank you all for the suggestions! I will try to smega for free leech or a duo partner for himes or elder wraith after i max holy symbol. Until then i think i should keep PPQing until lv 81 Also thank you @Zerato especially for the elder wraith suggestion. It is actually decent exp solo grinding and is super easy! You just need to hold down heal and not forget to cast magic guard!
