Hello , i wanted to buy "RP" to my Bishop and my NL like half half , but then i saw the option " gift " in the RP Shop so i just bought all at same char ( Bishop ) and now im finish with my bishop so i tried to gift my NL and i cant not do it that option not working , i dont know if its bug or no But if its not bug i want help with transfer my RP points to my NL , because if i knew that i would pay for both chars half half , and please delete the "Gift" option for it will not happen to more people
When buying RP it does state that you must be logged in on the account you wish to receive the RP on. Only an Administrator will be able to assist with anything further on this, I will bring the thread to their attention and advise you to wait patiently for their reply.
what are the names of your bishop and NL? how many rp did you plan to buy on each and what did you end up buying on just your bishop? did you spend all the rp on your bishop?
hi Tim , Bishop - Bishof , NL- LightStar i planed to buy 31 RP for LightStar and 10 for Bishof bought 44 RP cuz its more cheap and i tought i can gift it to my other acc , spent 12 on Bishof ( face+hair ) want to gift all my rest RP Points to my NL i dont want to spend more money because i dont need that RP at bishof and i planed to gift it to my NL from the start
Unfortunately we do not allow gifting of donor items, nor movement or RP across different accounts. This is explained in the Main -> How To Gift section of the Cash Shop. The reason for this rule is to prevent instances of rich players being able to sell donor items for Mesos in-game, which would give them an unfair advantage over others.
yes , i did not know that before i bought thats why im askin if u can send the RP points from my Bishop to my NL because i dont need that RP points on my Bishop , the reason that i bought all RP only in 1 char and not on both like 10rp on bishop and the rest on NL its because i tought i can gift to my NL the RP points Please if u can transfer the rp from my bishop to my NL , i dont want to spend more money and i dont see problem in this because its my RP from my Money and i did not know that gift option is broken
The gift option is not broken, it just is not allowed for Donor items, as I've explained and as is stated in the Cash Shop itself. We can not move partial RP from one account to another. That has always been the rule and starting a precedence now to allow it is not a good idea whatsoever, so we cannot make any exceptions unfortunately.
