Hmm. I’ll try rephrasing this alittle

Your target here is to get a larger Mana Pool when u wash.
Meaning to say +MP with fresh AP, and minus that 1 Fresh AP from MP back to INT.
That will allow your mana pool to be bigger as mentioned.

Now we have A large mana pool, this additional mana can be swapped/Transferred away into HP. Meaning to say you can have a bigger HP pool by removing the extra mana u made in the above explained.

How do you transfer this Mana into HP is in the video guide :)

    Edit :
And YES to your question, You should try it out
As long as there is 1 Fresh AP inside MANA, u can use 100 APR from mana to HP not an issue for transferring. Then remove that 1 Fresh AP that u added back into INT.

Nice, thanks for the reply, I'm gonna try it out but I'm afraid I'll miss out anything just in case. Just a few more questions on this if you don't mind,

    1) The optimal level to do it will be around 150 onwards as the base INT by then will be quite decent assuming a lukless bishop but actually this can be started anytime as long as you can afford it ya?
    2) I understand the MP washing part already, but with regards to the part 2 hp washing, will it ever reach a stage that you can't APR any point from mana and thus missed out a int/luk stats?
    3) The moment a stat is taken out from mana and added into INT/LUK means that the 1 single AP is used up for washing, you have to start with another fresh AP?

    Thanks for the guide, Jooon.

Could you briefly explain what makes 5.5k hp the recommended "sweet spot" for hp washing? The underlying assumption seems to be that a Bishop needs 5.5k hp (without Magic Guard) to survive some sort of unavoidable ranged / magic attack from Horntail. Is this correct?

However, I have also been reading a lot of mixed info on this forum. I would appreciate your help in ruling out info that may be outdated / simply incorrect (please see below):

    1. Some sources confirm that you need about 5.5 ~ 5.6k hp to survive Horntail's magic attack
    2. Some sources say that you need about 7.6 ~ 7.8k hp to survive Horntail's magic attack
    3. Some sources say that you need about 9 ~ 9.1k hp to survive Horntail's wing attack (I am not too sure what this means)
    4. Some sources say that you need over 10k hp for the worst case scenario of getting dispelled, then getting hit by Horntail AND falling rocks (again, I am not sure what this means)
Could you comment on these four points and elaborate in laymen terms as you see fit?

I am fairly new to this game and have never done any bossing. Thanks in advance for going through this lengthy post.

I would welcome and appreciate responses from others too. Ultimately, my goal is to build a Bishop (as my main) capable of comfortably and competitively enjoying all content of Royals.

Hey! Hope this guide may assist you throughout your journey !

5.5k~5.6k allows u to mule the Bishop in a Horntail run, as basically a Bishop stays at the bottom, 1/1 include buffed attack usually deals up to 5.3k.

Wings attack when it touches does alot more, but a bishop should be very careful at those areas knowing a dispel and having physical contact with one is a bad move.

7.6~7.7 allows u to jump and dispel the defense buff on the Main head, which imo should usually be done by a warrior, and technically its weak and very poor chance to dispel the correct HT defensive buff.
    (Chance to touch wings)

10.5k is literally enough for u to run with just invincible on to save potion. Personally i have 11k HP and i find it very waste of funds earned throughout my royals career.
U can enjoy stress free HT throughout, with roughly 18.5k mana allow you to tank tail as well.

All the above with decent TMA will be possible to spam Genesis and DPS / Kill wyvern spawns

3.5k bishop controlled as a dedicated healer for the entire HT duration is enough.

Hmm.. not exactly sure what you meant by that actually as I’ve not ventured into hp washing as of now. I am mainly washing my mp first to make my life easier later on when I start washing hp. I don’t think the below is what you meant else the rich ppl would just maxed out main stats super early game?

Are u actually saying if I
    1) add 1 fresh ap into mp.
    2) APR 5x from mp to hp.
    3) I can then also APR 5x mp to INT?

Lets say we have 1 fresh AP.
    1) yes! Add that 1 fresh AP into MP
    (More mana Pool)
    2) APR 5x From MP TO HP, as they both share the same stats pool, meaning to say u technically can Pull 100APR worth from MP to HP @ this step.
    3) APR 1 MP from (Step1) back to int!
So u won’t lose any stats

    1. yeah broski add 5 of them bad boys to mp.
    2. apr 5x mp to hp, correct
    3. then apr 5x from the same MP to INT and theres actually a 4th step
    4. say bye to mad meso and say hello to bishop master race baby we out here (girls will try to holler at you for having high HP as bishop so ensure to use Magic Guard all of the time)

Nice! Yup, ok fully understand the logic now.

Usually I do single by single AP, so you can actually add all 5 and subtract later on. I was afraid that the system only allow you to add 1 main stat back and could cause you to lose out main stat and yes every APR click is a heartpain.

5.5k allows you to tank head a attack, however if it got buffed by wing it can hit a lot more. My bishop died twice few days ago in head a due to getting dispelled by darks and then getting hit by a buffed head a ice strike (which hit me something like 6800). So if you want to tank everything you'd need something more like 7k or more.
5.5k is pretty safe though, and aside from these 2 times (and a few times I died in arms sed due to chatting and not looking at my bishop) it rarely dies even though i bring it as a mule (together with my NL) and don't really pay much attention to things like dispel

5.5k is very safe if u play it safely ! LOL
Especially playing with controlled user maintaining vision on HP and MG, its very difficult to cause weird mistake and causing death.
i've tested multiple times, death occurs when MG is dispelled and 1/1-ed

Getting Genesis 10 and only then Maple Warrior is a mistake in my opinion. You can 1 hit low leech mobs with only Genesis 1, so you can use those 9 points to get maxed Maple Warrior which is more important first, and then max Genesis.
Genesis 10 makes you lose much more MP than Genesis 1, meaning you'll have to buy more potions and lose money when you can avoid it.

Elemental wand 8 boosts lightning damage as far as I know. Nothing boosts holy damage.
