42 int Zhelm! Just WS 60%. 10 slots WS 60%: 17 WS average 10 slots WS 10%: 100 WS average So 83 WS, 41.5b with WS at 500m each, is pretty ridiculous to spend for just 10 int I can get by continuing to chaos Krex rings! And really, after hitting 1700 magic, it feels a little pointless upgrading beyond that hahaha. Correct; I only accept the level 70 Lapiz Sandals. The luk requirement to equip higher level shoes is impossible to reach without sacrificing base int.
I have 14 tma (8 int 8 luk 6 matk) red lapiz sandals if you're interested. (clean ofc) I have a 13 and 15 tma pair as well PM: Actinide
Thank you for letting me know, but I have an 8 int clean Maple Magician Shield that I'll finish someday, so I'm only interested in shields with a potential to go 59 TMA or higher, sorry! For a 59 TMA Maple Shield, you'd need to go +10 and then +6 with a chaos haha, so it's probably not worth it for you to try.
Pretty good! Recently got back into the game and I hear of some people who are tryharding mage gearing, so I'm having fun just playing and actually fulfilling my 1740 magic potential. Buy me lunch please Don. I'm poor irl.
Theres a new set of mage potential gears out in the market that might pique your interest more, perhaps making more motivation to continue perhaps? Like alchemist rings , CWKPQ Mage Gloves , CWK Cape with godly 10int 8slot with base luk. With some dedication of reworking in gears and effort/luck on chaosing Normal mage gears with luk its even possible to wear the 163 staff nowadays with the new meta mage gears! 1800 magic next goal? Welcome back!
So good to be back!! Thank you so much for all the information! I heard of the Rings of Alchemist! Yan has a friend who is selling me two 6 ints, which I'll be buying in the next few days. I'm also planning on WS 10%ing my wedding ring for another 9 int, but it seems like the Ring for Int 10% scrolls are pretty erratic to find. I'm really curious about the Flamekeeper Cordon. I'm not sure if they're affected by the godly system. They'd need to be 13 magic clean to WS 10% and end up beating my current glove. Any idea if they can be 13 magic clean? o: And man, I knew about the Crimsonheart Cloak a year ago but I honestly thought that CWKPQ wouldn't come out for a long, long time. It's definitely on my mind to WS 10% a 10 int clean cape, but that's only a 2 magic upgrade from what I currently have haha! Planning on getting my hands on a 10 int clean, will update my thread! Unfortunately, it's definitely impossible to equip the elemental staff without sacrificing AP from int into luk. The staffs require 165 luk and with optimal equipment (23 base luk, 2 luk from MW 20, 22 luk Zakum Helmet, 28 luk Horntail Necklace, 10 luk Blue Czar, 10 luk Crimsonheart Cloak, 12 luk Almighty Ring, 6 luk Ring of Alchemist, 6 luk Ring of Alchemist, 11 luk Gold Lapiz Sandals) that only adds up to 130 luk. So we still have a 35 luk deficit. And the Elemental Staff 6 is only 34 TMA higher than an Elemental Wand 5 or 6. I suppose it would be optimal to use an Elemental Staff 6 if the luk from equips exceeded what I imagine is possible above, but that's so absurd that I truly don't imagine a hardcore RWTer would accomplish such a thing. The luck to obtain that much luk is nuts, especially when considering they'd need to max out TMA on those items as well. But for now, I have my eyes set on the new rings, learning about that Flamekeeper Cordon, and buying a hobby 10 int clean Crimsonheart Cloak. And I can finish off my saved up 12 int clean Dark Enigma and 8 int clean Maple Magician Shield. 1800 magic isn't possible sadly, but it's pretty motivating hearing about other tryhard mage players! I hear some of them are getting close to me, but I have a few tricks up my sleeve still. Technically, I have 1701 magic right now, but for my own reference too, my future goals progress like: 6 int Ring of Alchemist: 1706 magic 6 int Ring of Alchemist: 1711 magic 9 int Moonstone Wedding Ring: 1716 magic 12 int Almighty Ring: 1724 magic 62 int Dark Enigma (F): 1736 magic 58 TMA Maple Magician Shield: 1744 magic 34 int Crimsonheart Cloak: 1746 magic And probably do something to get another +4 for 1750 magic. I think that would be where I wouldn't think even a RWTer could reach haha. But that would take approximately... hm, 120b. So that would take maybe a year? 5 hours a day of farming for 700m income days are fairly doable consistently, so 172 days of farming in a year sounds reasonable. Working out all the math is really motivating! Setting all these final goals and seeing how they can be all accomplished in a year and all I mean. Honestly, I felt sad when my last items were finished so quickly. Getting the 1700 magic was nice and all, but there was no longer any real point to continue playing when there was no one else to motivate me to go higher than that. But now, I feel that spark to truly finish off my optimized equip set! So yeah, I'm really excited to be back.
What about adding up more luk to maximize maple warrior bonus? Technically you have 9 points in your int stat that are not not earning any mw bonus. So if you account for that and your above equips, it looks to me that ele staff 6 is equivalent the the elemental wand. And any luk you can get above your said optimal equips would end up being extra magic.
Int only matters for minimum spell damage haha! I'm thinking about chaosing Brown Work Gloves now for TMA. 44 TMA with a +8 chaos. Sounds like a fun way to burn meso after getting to 1744 magic. Both the CWKPQ cape and CWKPQ glove with simple WS 10% just give me +2 magic when they're finished, so it makes sense to try and beat a perfect Flamekeeper Cordon with messing around with chaos. Hmmm I see your point. I wouldn't personally try to equip an elemental staff though. I'm extremely lucky to have a (formerly) clean 22 int 22 luk Zhelm, but my formerly clean 13 int 10 luk HTP isn't optimal. It took me... maybe 120 HT runs to get that HTP too. So I wouldn't reloot it ever. Similarly, getting two 6 int 6 luk Rings of Alchemist is pretty unlikely, and yeah, just the sheer improbability of getting the equip luk to make elemental staffs attainable makes me not interested in going for it. It's not so improbable that I consider it virtually impossible though, so maybe someone who is willing to have twice daily reloots for a year or more on the untradeables would want to look out for a perfect clean Elemental Staff 6! And that item itself virtually doesn't even exist haha
, Well thats a giant rip to my rank 1 goal! HAHA! I’ve been motivated to build a bishop but never as well perfected as yours, its always a dream of 1700 of mine! I think Was loaning one of that perfect ring that you will be purchasing soon! ITS BEAUTIFUL! Haha!! The flame cordon Gloves if i recall goes up to 14Magic base! Which goes all the way to 14 + (6x5) = 44TMA!! Definately going to be really pricy as well. I feel that perhaps if a bishop is dedicated enough, its entirely possible with Luck placed into the picture with the upcoming grindable Mulung Dojo belt, Another alchemist Ring with 6luk instead of wedding ring/Carat ring, Sacrifice alittle int for that beautiful staff achievement is definately an Goal i believe all dedicated mage players wish to achieve! I really wish to see one player hitting insane magic with that staff one day too. Thats of course an dream though haha! Hmm, inregards to “5 hours a day of farming for 700m income days are fairly doable consistently” Alittle actively running horntail with buddies makes Mesos and Game alot more fun too. Thats an giant motivation for me to play everyday when i come online with an giant group of friends gathering for an team! Haha may these HT craze of mine add more gameplay motivation for u as well!
Sorry hahaha! Rank 1 bishop is my sole Royals life goal! If you're thinking about going after totally unnecessary high magics too, that'd be awesome!! It's certainly not a common dream for Royalers though since attackers with actual DPS are the usual characters to fund to extreme levels. And ooh, I see! I actually don't know the name of Yan's friend LOL. I was going to thank him properly once I had his money! I've been farming quickly so I don't keep the guy waiting. Apologies for stealing your loaned ring soonTM hahaha! Thank you so much for the information on that Flamekeeper Cordon! Surprised it was A/W for only 1.5b. I'm still thinking about whether or not I want to go with chaosing Brown Work Gloves myself rather than WSing a mage only glove like that, hm. Probably cheaper to finish off a Flamekeeper Cordon but it's not as fun as potentially getting a 45 TMA or 46 TMA capable BWG. And I forgot about belts! Oh man, so many new toys to play with. Man, I can imagine theorycrafting all the luk required to equip that elemental staff and then when I realize it's possible, even if it's just 1 TMA better than an elemental wand, setting out on this whole ridiculously big journey to get that 1 TMA hahaha! It's like the sequel to my initial equipment goals when I had first joined the server! You know, when I was just a month old player, I wrote up this Microsoft Word document listing out the equips I have now, tallying up the magic and dreaming of 1700 magic. I estimated all the costs of achieving all that and thought it was a pipe dream. Ended up achieving it and felt that I was done with the game. But as it turns out now, there's still so much more I can do! It's so nicely nostalgic to have that starry eyed aspiration again, feels like when I was new. The Horntail community I got into has largely all faded away, but it's peaceful to farm my days away, so it's not really lonely at all. You better be the best Horntail bishop out there!! And may you make a ton of meso while you're at it to fund that OP bishop if you're interested in it haha! Don't die! ouo
Unnecessary High Magic!! It’s necessary! HORNTAIL DPS BISHOP NEW META, ok dont roast me LOL! With the addition of CWKPQ, and introduction of a mass amount of swiss cheese into the market, a DPS Bishop is totally possible! Been playing it in awhile and it does so much! Encouraging hardcore bishop players to participate & trying it out too! Theres alot more into Horntail Nowadays as a bishop which i really wish to share to the community the things i’ve witnessed! Been a fan of your gearing ever since this post! Cant wait to see you climb to 1750!
