Shedding some light on things...

Hey all, some of you may know me, but these days I’m nothing more than a casual player who generally memes around. Lately I’ve been dealing with things that don’t necessarily involve me, but with people I’m currently friends with in the server. I’ve mostly dealt with issues regarding a certain Guild, and I hope the “legit” ones don’t get into anymore trouble. But its time I get a bit serious and shed some light on things regarding another matter.

Now I’m sure many of you are aware of the infamous @ABunny , thanks to the oh-so reliable inputs given to the community memelist. She goes by Tiff, and there’s been a lot of talk about how she’s a toxic player, scammer, ass, etc. Now, I took most of this jokingly and dug at her for it. I believed it was all fun and games until I came to the realization that things were starting to get too toxic (especially when it came to a certain red sock, more details later ). People are free to believe what they want, but I will provide my point of view as someone who’s been friends and guildmates with her since old source. Warning: I will follow through with being brutally honest.

Spoiler: Brief history

We were members of a silly guild back in 2016 that was literally called mmmmmmmmmmmm. If you couldn’t already tell we weren’t exactly the most serious players, and the juniors/members were a pretty tight-knit group (although there’s a story behind what became of this guild, it’s not a necessary part of what this is about). Personally, I was closer to the other members of this guild than I was with Tiff, but we were friends all the same. We were both very close to the guild leader at the time who was a relatively high-level player and lent us his gears on occasions. No clue of what became of him ever since I went on an almost yearlong hiatus but I was sure Tiff isn’t necessarily the type to “scam” due to a mutual trust and understanding we all had. And to an extent it hasn’t changed for me to this day.

Before I get into some of the more recent events, I want to share that she has actually gotten herself into similar kinds of trouble in the past. There was one time I recall by the end of 2016 where I received complaints of her possibly trying to scam in a zakum run. She had looted all of the drops even though there was nothing of value. I understand where those players were coming from since there’s proper etiquette involved in dealing with boss drops. It’s definitely been addressed but clearly certain things have repeated.

Time to clean up this mess. Check the community memelist as a source and you will all see all these cases directed at her. Now I’m not going to completely shit on this thread because there are legitimate claims being made, but that doesn’t mean all of it is true or tells the entire story.

First, the story of her afking at a zakum run is pretty funny, a certain member of the party took her brb moment as an “afk the whole run” and provided an excuse not to give splits. This party definitely consisted of saints, hope you’re all still legitimately doing ok though.
Second, the deal with Serenegrace. I feel like certain things based around this person doesn’t need to be said, but theres an omitted story based on the fact that he tried to get a double split payment. Real saint this guy appears to be, but it pays to know that theres more than meets the eye.
Third, the krex ring. This is one I will let her take the blame due to an issue with communication that I will address later, but overall it was clearly blown out of proportion. To whom it may concern however, I hope you don’t partake in anymore group-based toxicity.
Fourth, the Gen20 matter. This one is probably one of my favorites and a big meme. But I want to ask if most people in that party were even legitimate? By the way, where is Chromehearts now I wonder? Wonder if there was a certain reason this guy kept pressuring her to sell gen20 and gave up on it within 2 days. And the rest of the party kept their mouths shut on the entire matter, did not try to talk to her, and just defamed her on a blacklist?

Oh, and an honorable mention and shoutout to some of you who want to call her out on her bad attitude. While it may be true in some cases, some of you are so not hypocritical.
Notice a pattern between most of these cases? Seems like a lot of these guys had a collective vendetta for some reason. I will admit she is at fault with her attitude and for not trying hard enough to clear up her mess, but if she’s the only one that’s at fault in all of these cases, then everyone else is definitely a saint.


Oh and here’s the part many of you are just dying to know about. The rumors of her scamming @Buccaneer /Jackson(sounds familiar to another case? this time it’s more complicated.). The first time this was brought to my attention was seeing her constantly avoiding him in game. I had a lot of assumptions at the time about what was going on and couldn’t trust anybody on the matter but what did finally set me off was her getting kicked out of Oblivion. This guild may not be so active now, but it has become my home, and it really did bother me that she was given so much hostility over an issue that raised so much uncertainty. One thing I did feel certain about was that, even though she received a questionable scammer history, she’s definitely still more legit than some of the members and affiliates.

Back to matter at hand, I recall Tiff and Jackson being very cool with trading off equips with each other, with her providing him a relatively large sum loan in the past. So, there was definitely a lot of trust involved between them in terms of what was shared. It did strike me as odd what was going on around the time she finally came back from hiatus, however, considering how long they’d been doing things. Digging deeper into the truth pretty much uncovered what many of you saw unfold recently. I’m pretty sure you guys can piece together what might’ve happened, some of it anyway. Personally, I was always cool with Jackson, but at the same time he usually got on my nerves for consistently trying to act smarter than he really is. I highly doubt I’m the only one who thought this , but people with big egos will continue to find ways to stroke them. Also, I believe his friend who tried helping him with the scheme is still out there, might have some ideas on who they might be, may be more familiar than some of you realize. Also, a shoutout to the ones who did whisper me and my friends when we meme smega’d about the sock. I’m sure some of you guys were very interested to get your hands on it in your own way.

Now I’ve been taking it upon myself to be the one cleaning up her mess because she doesn’t care enough. I guess I’m such a nice guy who looks out for his friends, unfortunately to my own detriment (but to the others I’ve helped, you’re all welcome). I’ve been aware for a while now that she’s pretty devil may care and doesn’t give much shit with regards to what people think of her or what consequences her actions may have taken. Does that mean she’s a bad person? A bit complicated, but she’s nicer than most people think when given the chance. I’m pretty sure for the most part she is a good person, but I will honestly admit from my experiences she has been a bad friend.

If you’re reading this Tiff, you should know what I’m referring to, but thanks for finally keeping in touch and returning the claw after half a year has passed. I know you were going through personal problems at the time but as someone who genuinely wanted to help you I would’ve preferred if you didn’t just disappear like that, as well as not returning certain things you weren’t using for a while. To me, that not giving a shit attitude is cool and all but it can also hurt your friends in ways you probably don’t really care. Pretty sure you don’t intend to get too close personally with people on an online game, and I totally respect that. It’s a smart attitude but whatever the case, you are still one of my oldest friends on this server and I’ll stick by it, even if you might not be who you say you really are. But I trust you enough I suppose and will accept it to a degree. However, I’m not going to continue cleaning up your mess so try not to cause too much trouble from now on.

Well I wish the best to all my friends and the rest of the community. Tiff, you’ll probably be higher than most people on damage range thread due to these series of events, even though I wonder how some other people got there in the first place.

I read the whole thing, but I still don't know if you're trying to protect your "friend", or you're trying to expose her, since you kind of did a little of both. As for RWT, I still don't understand the point of it. Yes, you're getting an advantage, but is it really worth it in the end? And seeing the amount of new people who get banned for RWT makes me laugh hard. As for the sock, if it was really worth $3,000-$4,000, (I'll just say it's worth $3,500) that's like 2 months of rent right there. Intellectuals would just get a gaming chair to get good at this game.

For those who didn't read the post, it's just a sarcastic, passive aggressive post defending ABunny that clears up literally nothing about what ABunny did because the writer is so preoccupied with being antagonistic to the community and pointing fingers at other people. It's a classic technique of neutralization called condemnation of the condemners, where people deflect blame by saying basically "Hey, ABunny did all these bad things but these people suck too!" The post has no content for discussion; it's just a big wall of text flaming the community, as you can see by the childish repeated winking emojis alone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How perceptive of you, except that you wouldn't necessarily be right on the part about defending Abunny. Context is key right? Perhaps I've been a bit playful with the amount of shade I've thrown to the so-called community you're trying to defend, but we all know you aren't that oblivious.


Let's just say the real light hasn't been fully shed yet and I've purposely highlighted a few parts to give some of you a clue.
