@Holly @Kekturi - can both of you try logging in now and see if things work better? No need to remove Parallels! @dasilva - your roomie hacked on MapleRoyals, so nothing we can do to help you, I'm afraid.
Alright I gave it a try and still came up with the same error when I click my character. Also I have not mentioned this but when i was reinstalling the client when i was trying to get royals to work. Like every time I try and reinstall the client. In the end I end up with two client files. Mapleroyals Client 1 and Mapleroyals Client 2. But when I reinstall the client I do delete any royals files before reinstalling the client. But still end up with those two files. And I do still get the same error message thing on both clients.
If you want to do a clean install of the client, it's best to delete previous versions first (make sure to save your screenshots first, if they're in your MapleRoyals folder!). Sorry my attempted fix didn't work, but I guess it was worth a try!
Yeah I do delete all the files before I reinstall. I don't know If I wanna reinstall it again though i've done it quite a few times, including last night. I just delete one of the excess client files when its done reinstalling. But its fine thanks for your patience with all this MAC mess :\
@Holly Looking into a way of dealing with your connection problems as we speak, but please could you put a much smaller signature up? Thanks!
@Kekturi @Holly - Matt has suggested that what you are experiencing might be something along the lines of this, but for Macs, rather than Windows. http://royals.ms/forum/threads/apparently-mac-banned-again.2033/ Basically, Parallels might be similar to VMWare in regards to macs, and you may need to disable the network adapters or manually set a MAC address. I tried this, changed the Address, tried to log in, still get the same message =c EDIT:: I didn't mean 'to log in', i'm able to log in fine on the mac client. I just can't get into the game w/o instantly d/cing
Thanks for letting us know, and sorry that it hasn't helped. We will continue trying to get to the root of the problem that is preventing certain users from logging in.

I fixed the Parallels problem with not being able to get in ^.^ forgot to edit my post EDIT:: Still have problem with Mac Client issue though
Me and my gf also get dced instantly after logging in certain maps when noone is around. In the 2 seconds before the imminent dc it is possible for us to get to fm! we are safe to log in fm and also to travel around towns, but we cannot fight in mob maps unless someone else has been there before hand who doesn't suffer from this issue.
