our whole network in my area has been down fordays someone spoofed our DNS server using botnet on devices inside our LAN therefore ive used my phone as a router inorder to connect to the internet via usb cable, ( from same pc same location) it was a temporary solution. i can understand how this can be seen as VPN from your side but i simply choose to use the other ISP on my phone device instead of my regular ISP since the network has been under attack.

You are banned for continuous harassment, and this is your 3rd ban. 192.168.x.x are private IP range, just for your educational purpose.
well he tagged his shop Coin = Trash for 3 days i tag OzzyNL = Trash 1 day and i get banned? cool shit he did ask me to remove i told him i will keep it for as long as i want too just like you guys didnt interfere when his tag was offensive you shouldnt have with mine.
Using someone else's actions as a defense in your appeal won't get you far. If you felt someone else was breaking a rule of the game you are welcome to report them, however reciprocation is never an excuse for you to break rules.
youre right i guess what i ment to say is seeing a player such as OzzyNL which is close with the gms tagging his shop Coin = Trash made me think its too minor to be reported oh well i guess i should have been smarter and tried my luck reporting him first instead of playing his childish game is my ban perm?
It wouldn't matter if OzzyNL is close with GM's, or staff of any kind (I don't think he is anyways so I don't think it even matters to begin with). You are welcome to make a report as well, but yes as this is your third ban for objectionable behavior (harassment) your ban is permanent.
I apologize if my behavior was objectionable, but I did not consider reciprocating the same insult he gave me (in my store name, like he did) as harassment. To me, I viewed his insult as extremely childish and as not a real insult, and I was simply poking fun at him by repeating what he said but changing the guild name to his name. I in no way thought it was breaking the rules, since it was simply changing a store name to something I thought was amusing and I wasn't insulting him constantly or barraging him with insults or anything. Furthermore, I am friends with someone named HotTrash in the game, so it was an inside joke at the same time. I just feel that something this small does not warrant a permanent ban. I feel like this is the equivalent of saying "you suck" and nothing else to someone and getting banned for it.
You were asked to change the name of the store by someone you directly targeted with it. You showed no intention to change the name of the store yourself. In this appeal you have shown no remorse to the harassment until this last post, when you're trying to make it seem like a joke, and earlier posts you were laughing at the insult you had used. This is your third offense for harassment and that warrants a permanent ban from the game, for continued toxic behavior.
I laughed about it because it was honestly something so small to me that I found it surprising I would be banned for it. I would understand if I had verbally abused him constantly or if I had called him derogatory slurs, but I did not. I just said what he did which, like I mentioned before, I thought was funny and not actually offensive. I am remorseful if I actually did hurt his feelings or something, but if me saying what he did to me really did hurt him (again, I still fail to see how this is really insulting), I'm just going to say that that's surprising and I am sorry if that actually did hurt him in some way. I do regret saying it, but like I said, I didn't think it was harassment or verbal abuse or anything of the sort. When it happened, I just thought it was a joke and left it as my shop title because I thought it was funny. If my shop title had said derogatory slurs towards him or something, I would completely understand getting banned. But it didn't, and I never said/wrote anything more than that shop title. I really am sorry if I hurt him, but I just found it funny, and I didn't think it was actually causing any harm or breaking rules in any way.
