Closed 2 Characters stuck; can't login.

IGN: (Tasched + TTascher)
Problem: Can't log in, started when I entered a new area. Crashes after character select
Details: "error code: -2147287038 (unknown error 0x80030002)"

Troubleshooting led me to: "There is a ban remaining on your account. Please open a thread in Character Issues using the following format:
Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account."

Not sure if I followed it correctly, or what a MAC ban is. (started playing again for the first time in a while last night)

 

Did you install the new setup?

 

I guess not; I assumed I didn't need to. I was playing fine for a while last night.

 

Try reinstalling.
