I believe that is because of miscommunication. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/no-nx-received.130970/ I posted this after I returned to royals ( just returned around end Oct / Nov after long break. I am well aware that each person only entitled 1 vote per 24hrs. I voted on biackcurrent first and then I realised that I would like to have the nx to be credited on my igasaiyunoi too so I take turns to vote on both account ( every 24hrs ). The problem comes in when I realised that I did not received the nx on my account so I posted the link above, I believe that Tim has banned me due to my vague explanation, apologises on that. Soon after that I realised that I could not received NX if I vote on my phone but it has no issue when I vote on my computer. Thus the problem is solved and I have been continuously vote on computer with igasaiyunoi. Just this morning, my fiancé messaged me that he can’t log to his account ( bobichicken and Chikbottle if I’m not wrong ). I think one of the possible reason is because he log in his account on my computer and that’s why he has been banned as well. Below are the detailed situation for us: 1. We have submitted whitelist back in 2015. 2. We do not log in to each other’s account. 3. I have new computer in this year (desktop), and a laptop that I used to play royals. ( total 2 electric gadget for us to play together) 4. He often stay at my house and we used to play together. 5. He vote on his phone with 4G and I vote on my computer directly. So whenever I use my computer, he will use my laptop if we happened to play together. Whenever I use laptop, he will use my computer instead. We take turns cause the computer is newly bought and it has better quality ( it does not lag ). Or I was playing on my computer but he just came back so he will use laptop. In conclusion, I am pretty sure we are banned due to miscommunication in the character issue thread and we would like to claim our innocence and look forward to be unbanned. the multiple votes are coming from your characters (biackcurrent /iGasaiyunoi) and your supposed friend (bobichicken and related) the two of you are not enlisted to the voting whitelist, only you are in combination with the aforementioned name thus this is considered vote abuse (minor offense)
Both jojodio and bobichicken belongs to my fiancé and I’m sure he vote every 24hrs. May I know how many mutiple vote did I vote on my characters because I don’t remember for that, I will be cautious going forward.

i added them to the whitelist now but yes you should update your application once you vote mainly on other accounts
