Duplicate donate issue with nervemelting snow for guild

1.I donate to "Ceres"guild for 2500 snow at 2018/12/16
2.and I donate to "Ceres"guild for 2200 snow at 2018/12/18
BUT I check the npc ,it said I just only collected 2200 for guild at 2018/12/18
btw I left the "SunMoonLake"guild last Friday 2018/12/14. and enter "Ceres" on the same day.
and my frd have the same situation.

2018/12/18 I donate first 100 snow
2018/12/19 And I donate another 100 snow in second day
NPC is still reported that only 100 snow, not 200.

So there is just NPC describe problem?

 

BTW,I already trade Snowboss gift first, and check NPC(maple claws) secend.

 

The counter resets when you change guild.

 

But the situation is that the counter resets even I didn't change guild again ,besides,we find out the counter resets every time we change the gift box even we don't change the guild. For example, I donated 2500 snow but after I kill the snowman and exchange the gift box ,however the counter resets

 

In a nutshell, the process is like:
1.donate snow in guild A
2.quit guildA and join guild B
3.the counter resets
4.donate snow in guild B
5.kill snowman and exchange giftbox 6.the counter resets again

btw , if never donated in the guild A , rejoining a new guild will not have this situation

 

I quited former guild after the patch, but didn't donate any in former guild, didn't quit current guild after joining, and counter got reset.
3 days ago I donated 4728 snow,

Today I donated 4555 snow and it didn't count my former donation, I don't think I have exchanged any Christmas present box on this character.

I suffer this problem as well.
I had donated roughly 1200 snow before this evening ,
but the counter went back to 700(the amount i put into the snowblower before the snowman appeared) after I exchanged the gift box few hours ago.

Got the same problem too.
I recall donating about 4.9k snow in my current guild and i have not changed/left guild since.
But now it says i only donated 100 and need to donate 500 to have the snow counts towards the guild ranking.

 

Same problem. Left my guild to go back to my former (Tulips <3).

Went from 623, to 100, to 200, to 500 and now back to 100 again.

 

ive turned in 4K snow today alone, but i dont have proof of that
but here it says ive just turned in 2.1K but maple claws (the lying bitch) says ive only turned in 2K

as you can see im in the same guild resignation but every time i donate more snow it resets

at the beginning of the event, i left genesis to join resgination to farm snow for them, and now it doesnt even seem like the snow i contribute changes our position at all
inbetween these two screenshots i have not left resignation so the counter should NOT have reset

additionally, this was december 26, TWO DAYS after the server check that supposedly

• Fixed a bug that caused a players’ contributed guild snow amount to not increase after changing guilds.

So anything before that will not count at all? I donated 10k and now I check my character it says i donated 100 will it be fixed or we just have to suck it up and donate another 5k more?

 

okay it increments properly for the individual snow count, but i think its still broken for my bishop for the total from our guild

have my contributions on my bishop never counted for the guild total? what if the snow donated on my bishop is enough to kick us out of the top 25?

EDIT: disregard i havent gotten more than 5K snow on the new counter yet

 

i got a similar issue here. my 130 bish donated 3302 snow this morning so by right it shld bump the guild up to 98th place but its been a few hours but no change at all. NOTE: theres only me in the guild who has donated. and i did not change guild or anything

Hmm guess im blind. Tho kinda seems weird that those guilds with less than 5k snow donated are in tbe rankings then
