Closed Can't pass the character selection

problem: cant pass the character selection
details: every time I try to log in of one of my character im getting back to the log in screen with the message unable to connect game server

please help!

 

Try restart your router.
Also, are you using a VPN?

 

I did restart the modem, didnt work. I dont know whats vpn so i dont think so.

I just moved, i dont know if its cuz my new ip or something, im playing from a new city.
