Closed I cannot vote / or cannot get NX

    Problem : I cannot vote！ It shows that i have already voted but i didnt!
    Details :It showed this message yesterday too. But i didnt get any NX .

    You have already voted! Please vote again in 19:40:45 Hours:Minutes:Seconds.

    Use your mobile phone to vote. Off your wifi and use your mobile data to vote.

    But it means i can't vote by my computer forever right?

    You're having this issue is probably cause of dynamic IP address

    你會有這個問題應該是因爲 IP address 一直變動
