IGN: Kapit Problem: Not looking the same hair as preview and the in the actual map. Details: In the actual map if you look behind the hat the hair looks longer than the preview which looks much nicer. (didnt expect the hair to look like that in the actual map). is that possible to get me coupon refunded so i could pick other hair, i dont like it at all.
I'm not sure what I'm missing, but the hair looks identical to the character window to me. I also don't think it is even possible for the client to render 2 different avatars for the map and character window...
This is what its looks in the actual map: what i meant is that part which i didnt like and the preview: which looks much better and really confused me when i picked the hair cause i thought i by mistake picked a different one which i didnt. Is that only me who can tell there's differences? and in the cash shop Can close the thread completely (to have no more comments income) as i decided to donate more and change the hair.
Sometimes the hair changes a bit when you wear a hat. I've seen it happen. You have to try the hair with a hat you will be wearing to see what it will look like.
Spoiler: Same hair It looks the same. It just has some light (almost white) bits that get lost in the bright preview background.
Although I explained to Tommy online, this is caused by an optical illusion due to the bright/dark background color difference. For illustration The color of block A and B are exactly the same although many won't agree with it. But if we cover the surroundings, we can see...
Kinda terrible that its happening, even thought there's nothing you can do about it like to avoid confusions, since its happened wanted to give a shot if its possible to have coupon or rp refunded. If its possible to have rp/coupon refunded i would like to keep the thread opened for matt/tim attention.
