I'd say it's worth a lot more than what you put for your s/b.
Can't get magic book chair anymore + tagged by someone who's no longer gm

Don't sell for anything less than a chair that is obtainable through maple admin (event) & is also tagged by a contemporary gm

 

if im asking you as a friend adivce for a price for that chair.. what would you say ?

 

I really don't know, but if you see the people who are selling the chairs that they just got from the tree event, it should be worth more than whatever they get.
I personally wouldn't sell it for anything less than 5b and that's the bare minimum, meaning I probably wouldn't regardless.
I'm not too much aware of the chair market atm, but yeah
Just look at what people are selling their "new" gm chairs for right now, and price it more
