Hello This was reported by another user 2 years ago (see link below). I would like to follow up to see if this is still broken or not. I've enabled the quest on my character today, and tried hitting about 15 treasure chests, but no pieces of paper have dropped. This quest is not broken, neither does each chest have the 100% drop rate. I've cleared this quest this year.
@Mrkaren Hey! Thanks for the response. So this is NOT broken, its just a matter of the low drop rate, yes? @Tim would you kindly confirm this? I will continue the quest as long as I know it is confirmed NOT BROKEN. Thanks !!

Looks like you can complete the quest; however, despite completion, the pet speed boost does not work... sucks. Hopefully this serves as my formal report of this bug. Thanks

Unfortunately, we will need to delete the quest records for the quest, since the pet gains the abilities on quest completion (the server looks for your first spawned pet and modifies their abilities when processing the quest complete actions, like how giving closeness to a pet works). Basically, we wouldn't be able to just have people who've done the quest have pets with the abilities since we wouldn't know which pet of theirs to give it to.
