noo it has to be exact number! last time 1-300 there was like 6 people with nearest number and 1 winner. this time its 1-200

 

i dont know if that is a good idea but i will see first
last time i did prize similr to this big i got approximate of 200-250 whispers
im worry server may crash or something if people smega the number
