With reference to the 3 pet quests that were fixed/released with Update #59, I've done up a guide for you pet parents out there because i can. The quests are pretty straightforward, and you definitely can find info about it from bbb.hidden-street, but here's the guide anyway for all dem lazy players. Featuring my @Kai robot army: BitchyKai, AngryKai, and HungryKai yes, im that kind of crazy gf. Kenta's Advice Gives your pet the ability to walk at the same pace as your character. Works on ALL types of Pets What to do? Head over to Aqua Road and look for Kenta, the Zoo Assistant, to activate the 'Kenta's Advice' quest. Spoiler: What's Kenta? Find 5 Pieces of Paper hidden away in boxes along Aqua Road, and meanwhile ensure that the level of (all) your pets are at least 15. Spoiler: Wtf how what box? any box along mob maps in aqua road No idea what's the actual drop rate like, but took me awhile (probably just my luck, but took me ~2 hours, hello staff team please consider adjusting) to gather all of them. But don't give up! After 8787878787 years, armed with all 5 Pieces of Paper, head back to Kenta. Spoiler: smh @ droprate Lowkey tricky part: there's some bug(???) going on with this, so follow these steps: 1 pet: make sure the pet is out and about > click on Kenta to complete the quest. 2-3 pets: while you can complete the quest with all your pets out, it will only speed buff the 'lead' pet. Therefore.... Equip Pet 1 > complete quest > Keep pet 1 Equip Pet 2 > accept 'Kenta's Advice' again > complete quest (without having to hunt/trade in items) > Keep pet 2 Equip Pet 3 > accept 'Kenta's Advice' again > complete quest (without having to hunt/trade in items) Equip all pets and walk around to test the speed (recommended to test in Lounge where it's a flat map as compared to Zoo.) Congratulations you're finally done with this! Educating Smart Pets The following 2 quests are currently only for Pet Robos; "for now" - Kai, 26/2/2019 (yay to new smart pets soontm!) Although smart pets refer to those that can evolve, Dragons are unable to be educated (for now). 1. Educating Smart Pets (Pet Summon) Teaches a (smart) pet /petcome command, so... it comes teleports to you. 2. Educating Smart Pets (Speech By Itself) Teaches a (smart) pet to speak on its own at random intervals or in response to various events. What to do? Approach the Pet Food Merchants to purchase 1x Bartos' Favorite Juice Spoiler: Where da juice? Look for Trainer Bartos at Henesys Pet Park and activate 'Educating Smart Pets (Pet Summon)' / 'Educating Smart Pets (Speech By Itself)' quest. Spoiler: What's Bartos Just give him the juice to complete the quest! ezpz So far, I've not done anything to get my pets to speak so please share with everyone what are some things that your pet has said on its own! Extra Stuff & Notes: Kenta's Advice For the players on team "IT DOESN'T WORK ON MULTI-PETS SMH", it does work, test it out on a flatter map. <<< fak this shit, it works somehow, yet doesn't work somehow. is it intended? is it bug? idunnom8. it worked the first time round for me, as you can see in the gif, but after i relogged (many times) and all that, i realised that only BitchyKai (leader) had the speed buff. Went back to Kenta, was able to continue the quest to get it for Hungry/AngryKai without having to hunt/trade in items again. Educating Smart Pets It works on a 1 juice per pet basis, so if you want the command on all your pets, get the right amount of juice. (aka the quest is repeatable.) Why do the pets have to be all lvl 15? Is there a certain reason? I've gotten myself 2 pet additions today. It will take some time to get them all to level 15..
Just a correction when doing Kenta's Advice for multi-pets Upon completing the quest, the 1st pet will get the speed buff For the 2nd pet to get it as well, need to keep the 1st pet and talk to Kenta again Same goes for 3rd pet, need keep 2nd pet away and talk to Kenta Sorry for my poor wording, but that's how I get the speed buff for all 3 pets
My guess is because most pets have special commands unlocked at level 15, but I'm not entirely sure on that either. You can buy the NX treats for your pet from the cash shop for some quick (but slightly costly) levelling O wot, so you redid the quest 3x for 3 pets?? I got the speed effect for 3 pets all at once hm nvm will get @Kai to test it out with 3 pets when he's free heh
Not exactly re-did the quest, I didn't collect the papers again (Tect did) I just talk to Kenta again to complete the quest for 2nd & 3rd pet I tried this because only my 1st pet get speed boost after quest completion
Oh i see. Hm weird. Upon completion of quest (1 attempt) i did realise the speed buff wasn't really working, but after unequipping and equipping all 3 pets and going to lounge, it works for all. Oi kai do your homework and test this leh!
You sure about this? I could do this quest when my crystal Rudolph is level 11 or something. And it did get the speed buff too.
