Hex of Beholder! 26 or 15 weapon attack?

    Does MAX lvl Beholder give 15 or 26 weapon attack?

    15ATT.
    By the way, Enrage(LVL 30) gives boost of 26 weapon attack.

    I do use energizers, but I was curious if it would give 26watt as it just easily saves gizers lol
