Closed Akifumi and FUMl Ban getting ban without proof

Why do you think you got banned : while chatting with my gf about Caruosel item that i put in Caruosel so i actually mentioned *Caruosel 230* and then suddenly Kai appear assume that i buying mapleroyals item and meso in Caruosel app .. which he don't have any proof ... so he asked me provide my caruosel link to show him as i was trying figure out how to copy the link into game and show GM KAI .. he said i took too long and banned me and my gf ~ without giving me time to copy into copy ... so here the link as KAI GM wanted to see ~ my personal training fitness item list that i put on caruosel Removed by Moderator .
Ban message when attemping to log in : this id has been blocked from connection or deteled
What GM banned you : No idea why he banned me .. he just banned me for writing * Caruosel 230* and then KAI GM assume i buy item in there .... dont even make sense ~

 

I banned you because:

1. You took awhile to copy the link (I waited for about a minute, and I'm not a patience man). Seems like you're a seasoned carousell user, so I don't see why you took so long. You could have simply went to your listing and copy the URL, very simple and in fact a no-brainer task.
2. I actually have evidence of you discussing about RWT contents. And looking at the link, it is also very convenient that you're selling some non-MapleRoyals related item at $230 when you were just discussing about how a 91wa claw is "hen cheap leh". If you want, I can post your chat log here for everyone else to see.
3. Tell me more about wanting to buy tt30 using "hehee".


P/S: Having been a user of Carousell myself, this is the first time I'm seeing someone offer fitness services.

If we only ban you after you purchase it, that'd be pretty dumb (and not to mention you'd lose your money).
In MapleRoyals, we are very strict on any hint of RWT discussion, even as minor as what you did with your girlfriend.

I have consulted other staffs who are around at the moment (in fact it was they who asked me to look into this because of language barrier), and both of them agrees that when you said "230", it's not referring to mesos because a 91wa claw would never cost 230, 230m or 230b mesos. So a logical conclusion would be that you're referring to real currency (and also because you're not the first that we dealt with for RWT discussion).

The problem with #3 is why did you say "thinking of buying tt30 using hehee"? What does "hehee" refers to? As a fellow Singaporean, I'd call it bullshit (truthfully speaking) if you tell me that it means mesos because you and I both know that's not true. So stop lying to yourself.

But if you wish, I can hand over this appeal for an admin to review. And btw, your girlfriend has to make her own appeal too, even though you're both banned for the same reason.

I recommend reading the full paragraph and not cherry picking whichever sentence that you think is in your favor.

As for the fitness part, you only said it after I appeared before you. Let me clarify, I didn't meant that you offer fitness service, what I meant was you said you were talking about offering fitness services on Carousell. When I said "yes you did", it was in respond to you in deniable of having mentioned it in the first place, which you did btw (screenshot of this not included because I already banned you by then, and not like it matters because you started twisting your words when you saw me)

Players can discuss RWT stuffs without mentioning "buying" or "selling".

Yeah, of course because "230" mesos doesn't make sense in this context. It's all about the context.

No use of dollar sense or mention of SGD/USD doesn't mean we don't have common sense. And almost all RWTers (or those that discussed it) that we banned didn't say "$" or "SGD"/"USD". They got banned because of whatever they said as a whole.

 

I literally don't know how to respond to this because whatever you said in-game tells me otherwise.

Perhaps it'd be best to let other GMs handle this appeal (although a few of them are already in favor of this ban).

i have reviewed the evidence and what you have said so far, based on the context i don't believe your story.

- in the chats you're talking about a 91 attack cheap red craven and a moment after you refer to carousell as a place/website you can buy this claw from
- "i thinking buying th tt 30 using hehee"
- later on you claimed you wanted to buy tt30 using mesos, that does imply that intially you were attempting to buy it for real world currency and that you're trying to lie your way out of this after you realized you made a mistake, twisting your own words will not help as your intention is clear to us


your ban for soliciting real world trade will remain
