Which Mob(s) Drop Blue Neos Pants?

    Title. I've yet to find a single pair from a mob or in the FM, but these were most definitely in the game back on gMS and they're included in the Owl search index. Does anybody know if these are available at all in-game, and if so, from what mob/quest/gach/whatever? If not, what is the reasoning, and is there a possibility for implementation in the future? Even just through the Perion Gachapon would make more sense than to have them absent entirely (from my perspective, of course).

    Thanks a ton! Have you found any (bottoms) before? Gonna start hunting and just wondering what type of drop rate I should be expecting lol.
