Error code: -2147467259 (unspecified error)

    Hi

    I've been trying to open MapleRoyals on my gf's laptop but this error code keeps popping up.

    Have tried compatibility, 8 bit colour, resolution changing, updated drivers, closed all internet stuff, restarted.
    Let me know if i should be trying something else.

    Same boat as you! I'm thinking it's a Win10 issue but I'm not sure. The game boots up if I run it in 640x480 but the client is just a white screen and unplayable. I'm trying to find a way to change the resolution before it actually boots but it might not even matter. Anyone have a resolution?

    EDIT: It doesn't seem to be directory issue. I've installed it on two different locations, one being the default C. Can't be drivers for me, new graphics card (playing low graphic game ^_^')

    EDIT 2: IT ACTUALLY LOADS IN 640X480. Time to test if it will change res in game~

    EDIT 3: Ok, I haven't even bothered to change the res in game because once it loads all wonky, you can ALT+ENTER for it to fit your screen! Glad it works for me~ Hopefully the same for you

    Same happens to me, just after i updated my windows 10.

    Please if you fix it let me know, i wanna play :'(

    The combination of modifying the properties of the fullscreen client fixed it for me :

    Win 7 compatibility, resolution 640x480, deactivate fullscreen optimisations and execute as admin

    Can l see your compatbility mode setting?

    Compatibility mode:
    Windows 2000

    Rest is unticked
