Voting Problem

Hello. My wife and I are on the whitelist, yet when I vote (off the WiFi as previously told) I find occasionally that the top 100s site will tell me I have to wait anywhere from 2-6 hours before I’m allowed to vote.

Now I know it’s at the right time, as I set an alarm. Is there something I’m doing, or can do, to resolve this issue?

 

I only vote from my phone, as previously instructed. I get off our WiFi and vote normally.

 

Oh, I see! Well we both use our own PCs, so that shouldn't be an issue?
