    Hey, I'm new here.
    Whenever I'm trying to log in to my newly created character I immediately crash to the login screen with the "Unable to connect to the game server" error message.
    I tried about everything that's related to my IP or DNS, tried to restart, tried port forwarding, nothing helped.
    I am able to login to other servers though...
    Any help would be great. Thanks

    Update: I tried logging in through my phone's mobile hotspot and succeeded, so it's a problem with my internet connection.
    I noticed that when I connected through the hotspot, the PIN prompted as usual but when I try to log in through my home's internet connection, the PIN pop-up doesn't prompt.
    I tried anything I can think of, this is really frustrating :'(

    Did you try from other PC?(to minimize the options)
    If you connected with cable you capable of joining the game?

    I did, and the problem remained.
    I also tried using both wi-fi and cable, both failed to work as well. I've a feeling it's something to do with my ISP, but I don't know what can I do about it.
    I'm pretty sure the problem is something about that my internet connection blocks the PIN prompt packets. I really don't know :(

    There's no known permanent fix, it is a reoccurring issue in your region. [:(]

    Some have had success after following @Aethern's advice;

    If interested you can also read more about it here.

    Thanks for your response.
    Unfortunately none of those things helped, I guess I'll have to give up :\
