How do I HP wash a mage?

So far I understand that MP wash is :-
1) Level up!
2) Put 5 Level up AP into MP cause you get lots more MP by using Level up AP due to your improve MP skill in first job
3) Use 5 APR to pull MP and put em into Int cause you only lose 30 MP by doing this, resulting you in gaining more MP in the end
4) Don't worry about anything else and just keep training until 1) happens then you repeat 2) to 3) again.

But how about HP wash? I hope someone can answer me in the format that is as simple as the one I posted above.

Yea, you gain extra MP from leveling up with Int and MP wash, the extra MP can be used in the HP wash

 

Do I need to put a level up AP into HP first or something? Or I can just do it straight away?

 

You can start with 5 fresh AP on MP, then reset 4 MP into INT, after that every level you put all 5 AP on MP and reset 5 MP into INT (MP wash);
For HP washing part just reset as many MP as you want into HP;
Once your HP washing is done, reset 1 MP or HP into INT.

The AP stats are divided into 2 parts, the HP/MP part (top part) and STR/DEX/INT/LUK part (bottom part), you need have at least 1 AP on the top part to reset AP into the bottom part.

 

In short :-

Stage 1 (Preparatory stage)
1) Level up!
2) Put 5 level up AP into MP
3) Pull 4 MP into Int using APR
4) Proceed to Stage 2

Stage 2
4) Level up!
5) Put 5 level up AP into MP
6) Pull 5 MP into Int using APR
7) Repeat 4) to 6) until 30k or almost near 30k MP
8) Proceed to Stage 3

Stage 3
9) At any point of time, use any amount of APR to pull MP into HP
10) When finished, pull 1 MP into Int

*If necessary, do not go for 10) but go for Stage 2 again if MP is reduced significantly from the desired 30k MP amount due to Stage 3. 10) should only be done if you're happy with your HP and MP.
