Usually relaunching does the trick. If not, do you have any Anti Virus program installed? Some files might pose as a false positive and deleted in the process of installing. So be sure are the files are downloaded.
yes i have avg installed but i've been playing for awhile now... yea maybe the antivirus deleted the files? that sucks gonna try reinstalling the game, will probably work then
In that case I don't think it's your AV as you are already playing the game itself. Are you running alot of things in the background? It can sometimes be caused by lack of memory, too. Alternatively you can try running in compatibility mode. Right click on launcher > Properties > Compatibility > Check " Run this program in compatibility mode for:" > Windows XP S3 if you're running Windows 7 or Windows 98/ Windows ME if you're running Windows 8.
im using windows 7, im not running anything in the background, i just reinstalled the game and still same problem... why this happen all of a sudden tho?
some for me i was playing 1 hour before and all worked fine then was outside a bit now cant login btw the problem comes too if you are ip banned
The same thing has been happening to me. I've tried logging into my characters Hannako, Pain and Mikasa. I'm currently unable to play without using a VM.
