No wonder the Weapons aren't relatively high tier... I'll go ahead and purchase one to find out, but it's not worth using it anyway.
To be honest, I'm quite disappointed with the rewards. I appreciate the event and there aren't any complaints, but I really feel the Admins skimped out big time on the rewards. This event is sort of the black sheep that falls between the huge hype every anniversary is and the explosion that the Christmas event is. In other news, step yo' game up, Pumpkin Chair fans!
No doubt they aren't the best rewards, but I take what I can get. Impressed that the dev team took the initiative to host this event in the spirit of Halloween. Fighto!
Does anyone know if the items (the pumpkin hat in particular) can come with OP stats? Or are they always the same.
