    i dont think you supposed to drop the egg? if i remeber correctly, the egg is auto used when im stand on the platform

    You are not meant to physically "drop" the egg but step on the middle platform while having 1 egg in your etc inventory. It hatches automatically waiting for you to break it open with normal attacks.

    Did the egg disappear right away after you dropped it on the platform you are standing in the picture?
