Before I changed my laptop I didn’t have this problem. I had to replace it and on my temporary replacement laptop I started having trouble logging in smoothly - after entering PIC it would just sometimes not do anything and then DCs me back to the logging screen. I’m also having problems with changing channels most of the times, just turns screen black and DCs me. Also going into cash shop - most times it also DCs me. Got a new laptop now and it happens on this one as well.

I’m looking for a permanent solution to help me play smoothly without constantly dcing

    Thanks

Clarifying: I can log in, but only after a few times trying. All DCs happens on all my accounts.

    What Operating System?

Try running Royals in different compatibility modes.

Ohad, bby, have you tried changing the resolution?
I noticed sometimes my resolution will default during major patch updates (mostly for event ones) and I have to manually reset it every time lol
I run my compatibility in windows 7 as well, I find windows 10 either doesn't load, or dc's a lot like you're saying

    Hi Ohad,

I don't have much knowledge / experience with this issue, but I think the problem lies with the internet settings

Saw similar issue at this thread - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/cant-log-in-dcing-when-changing-channels.130759/

Have you tried using your new laptop with another internet connection such as Mobile Hotspot? This could help in figuring out whether the issues lies with internet (modem/router) or the replacement laptop

Edit: Maybe you can try this as well - Flushing of DNS

I’ll try with my phone’s internet soon, though before changing my laptop I used the same WiFi with same router and everything worked fine

I probably will try to update the replacement laptop's WiFi driver

The new laptop doesn't disconnect at all when playing other games?

I think your theory is right lol, last week i went home (parent's house) i didn't dc when changing channel and going to cash shop.
I was thinking the same using my phone internet, but still haven't tried tho.

So far the players with similar issues resolved this by either flushing DNS or using VPN while the rest are left unanswered

Seems kinda excessive to buy VPN just for gaming, maybe you can try out the DNS solution and let us know the results?

Tried flushing dns and didn’t work
Tried both WiFis in my house, in both of them this keeps happening.
On my phone’s mobile data it worked fine so seems like it’s an issue with my house’s internet or something.

    How can I fix this?
