Hello I just joined your server today. I have a Win7 and a Mac OSX I plan on playing on and have two issues/questions; 1.) Chrome blocks the Windows Client saying that it's a threat. Is this a false positive or an error? EDIT: Spoiler Sadly, I saw this after I ran into the same issue and posted about it, that's unlike me. Microsoft Essentials told me it was a threat, as well as chrome... I ignored them and put by happy-fun-skills to work. The Client is no more a threat than a flat slice of bread. 2.) I found a "MEGA" link to your Mac Client in a zip file. It is definitely faster to download through MEGA, but I will be virus scanning it if nobody beats me to it and approves it's authenticity. 1. It is a false positive 2. I have not uploaded the Client to MEGA recently so either it is an old version, or someone uploaded it and is not officially supported by the MapleRoyals staff. Download at your own risk.
I have the results as follows; 1.) It is indeed a false positive, as my personal anti-virus(es) came up clean and only default Microsoft anti-viruses claimed it as a threat. 2.) The MEGA Link IS safe.. BUT- It is a user-uploaded previous version of the client and does not connect to the servers. Thank you for the response, John.
