Why do you think you got banned?: I think it’s because of account sharing? I haven’t play for a year and just got back because of my job. I had logged in 3 locations. First one is at my work place. Second my work apartment. And third is my home. I had played 3 different IP address lately.

I’m not sure! It’s been few months that didn’t came back home. I just started new business was busy. But now I figure the business is stable so I start playing MapleRoyals again.

 

These two ID I’m not familiar at all.

 

If they're not yours, why do they share a connection and computer with you?

 

This latest I logged on is my family computer. That I found out it’s blocked or deleted. I’m not sure what happen but could be my brother played on the computer? Way before me? I’m not sure it’s 2:27am for me right now. My brother and sister is sleep because of school tomorrow. And tomorrow I have to be at work place again. If I could be unban I would be at different IP address again because I only come back to home once a week.

 

Like I said I play maple at work IP address and then work apartment IP address. It’s first time I installed MapleRoyals at my house IP address. It’s weird that I got banned. I understand that for security wise but playing maple at different locations it shouldn’t be a crime. Like including travel time from one place to another to log in. It’s not like I logged off at my home and instantly log on at my work place. Hope you understand. Thank you.
