Can someone tell me if it's possible to transfer my items and Mesos to another character on my account?
With the exception of Cash Items, you can make use of storage NPCs, which can be found in the free market and in most towns. All you need to do is to transfer the item to the NPC, then log in on another character on the same account to collect it. For Cash Items, you can simply put the items back into the Cash Shop, login another character on the same account and take them. For characters on a separate account, you can just open more than 1 client and self trade. You can trade most Cash item using this process too.
Pro tip in addition to the extremely detailed answer above - if it says an item is Untradable, it doesn't just mean you can't trade them with other players. It also means you can't share them between your characters on the same account, through storage NPC's.
