Hello!

As many people know, I was banned a long time ago for accepting a duped item, but unbanned due to an insufficient description in the rules, leading to a rule amendment.
This was in 2014. After I was unbanned, all of my items were confiscated so I decided to quit. Now I'm wanting to play the game again but I'm banned once more? I would like an explanation and an unban considering I already "did my time" so to speak.

I should add I'm currently on my friend's apartment's wifi, if that's why I was auto blocked.

Also, if the auto-ban was in regards to vote abuse, some good evidence that I'm clean is the fact that I have not played or voted on my account in 5 years, whereas this other one probably has.

Can you tell me if there have been any login attempts in the past 3ish years? I had been remote hacked (as stated by admins in the thread I linked) right before I quit, so perhaps I got stuck in a similar incident.

Also, was my ban activated when I tried to log in from the new network? Or have I actually been banned for a longer period of time?

is getting at.

 

You have a ban associated with him. But i supposed it's probably due to someone attempting to mass hack other players, and we banned all affected accounts as a security measure. But that's for the admin to confirm. I can only speculate at the moment.

 

I understand looking into it takes time and the staff has more important matters to attend to.

However, if all signs point to this ban being a security breach, may i at least play the game?

 

I'd advise not to as that constitutes as evading a ban.

 

Sorry for not being clear. I meant that as a subtle way to ask for an unban in the meantime.

 

Unfortunately I can't grant an unban until the admin can confirm that it's actually a false ban.

 

Thank you for the update. Let me know if there is any information I can provide to make your job easier. I have a few friends who are waiting for me to be able to play so they can start, so I apologize if I sound impatient.
