Character name:dont have , a new account.

i'v registered and when im trying to log in my account it says that i have ban.
Its a new account and i opened more accounts and it does the same.

What exactly does it say when you try to log in?

 

This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

 

You might be using a banned IP address

 

But iv never played in this server...

 

Are you using a VPN or any other type of game accelerator to connect to the game?

 

No i dont have any of this

 

Try restarting your router if possible, and if that doesn't work, then contact your internet service provider to change your IP address.
