Ok, I think it's my stupid little bro' ... I'll ask him when he is back to school. But I don't understand why my gf and me get banned. Only because we played on the same IP than my brother ? But we have never use a hack on Royals. And I think it's a bit too munch. If a guy plays at Royals in University or with a free wi-fi connection (at McDonalds by exemple), he can be banned if another guy hacks on the same IP ? This scenario has not a high probability to be real, but it's not impossible. Moreover, I don't understand why you don't ban his MAC adress ? I think it will be more fair. He will can't play anymore, and we can go Pianus with my gf. PS : Sorry for my bad english, I make "long" post very rarely.
This is how the rules are structured. We do not know if you really have a "little brother" or just making up one to get a second chance. Unfortunately, you need to blame your little brother for preventing you and your girlfriend from playing on our server, not us.
I can understand that you can't trust me for my little brother but I read the rules again, it's type that you can get an IP Ban if you hacked. (and ban the ID who hacked of course) Nothing says that all account who have played on IP get banned. You can let Tink banned, because you can't know if my brother is real, alright, I can understand (but if I send you a pic or ID Card ?) But for my gf, I think you can see that she plays regulary on 2 IP : her home, and my home, so I can't understand why she should stay ban : she has always respect the rules, and you have the proof that she is not me.
Nothing to do for Qaly ? Mac adress is always different, and IP very often, isn't enough to get unbanned ?
