Possible visual bug, cash items have this tendency to do this. Eg. If I were to have multiple 'my gf' nx and were to stack them, it would only appear as one in my inventory. However upon dropping the nx you will see there are multiple 'my gf' nxs in your inventory. The only difference is that you cannot drop your coupon to test this, but you should still own 2.
