The most valuable thing on royals is time. The moment you waste people’s time you also hurt their real life. You expand their leech hours and the need of making up for lost buyers’ time of leech, causing extra leech time without gaining any extra profit. You kill the buyers and who needs to carry the consequences? You? No. It’s easy “trolling” without having anything happen to you, isn’t it?

People who do that should be reported for questionable behavior (disruption) and let the staff deal with them the way they see fit.

I'm not justifying it, rather I'm providing an explanation. Having fun at others expense will always be a thing, but until more severe consequences or deterrents are added, there's really not much you can do to stop them. FWIW I don't partake in such things anyway.
