IGN: BoyFawkes Problem: Lost my GM tag on my janus that I won from a forum event Details: Came back from a hiatus and was told it would be safe again to trade my Janus without losing my GM tag. Unfortunately it was removed after the trade. Background information: I did have the tag restored last year but it is gone now since I was told it would be fine to trade now.
We are not refunding tags. There's a known bug where it disappears on trading. Perhaps consider bumping this thread again, once we fixed tagging.
