So right now my character is a lvl 43 Dexless Sin and I have not put in a single point in INT (4 INT) up till now. Is it still possible for me to HP wash up till the required HP Zak? And if so how do i go about doing it?
The natural HP formula for thief means you'll likely have 1543 HP at level 50. You need 3.4k HP to survive Zakum. This means you need 2125 HP before HB. You lack 582 HP to survive Zakum at level 50, which you can remedy through HP gear, either self-scrolled or borrowed, or alternatively chain res. You see, upon your death, your character is forced to exit the map 10 minutes after your tombstone drops. It's common for parties to tell the bishop to res near this 10 minute mark, when the dead character is not needed for DPSing or buffing. Therefore, if you find a party with a bishop and a buccaneer's Time Leap, that effectively gives you 20 free minutes of being dead, no problem. Ask for a second bishop or second Time Leap on the run. Sometimes I saw such a service labeled S>VVIP Zhelm. For about 120m I believe. And by the way, if you want a 9.8k HP NL by level 155, which is the required HP and level to start doing Horntail runs without HB, that's going to cost you almost 6b even, assuming AP Resets at 15m each. @ilyssia, got to it eventually.
How do I recruit party members for Zak runs? Do I just ask around or do I have to pay for a ‘service charge’ like you mentioned. Sorry, I’m relatively new to Maple so I do not know how to go about recruiting ppl for boss runs
Remember to do Zakum Pre-quest Your main obstacle would be hunting for gold tooth, or buying them at 3m each
When you're level 135 and above, you can recruit party members to run Zakum! But not at level 50, sorry haha. Low levels really don't contribute to the time, effort, and expense of killing a boss, so selling Zhelms to these low levels is a way of the attackers' recouping their attack potion costs such as Heartstoppers. So you'll be paying 90m-120m for the right to loot all the Zhelms that drop or 50m for the right to loot a single Zhelm. Once you get to level 135, you can use super megaphones to say things like "R>Zak, need hero, SE, NL, HS"
